System Studies (SPP: 205):-

This document describes the Gridco internal procedures for different studies necessary for the Grid system planning of Orissa.

The objective of this internal procedure is to define the responsibilities for the running and management of various studies for the Grid system planning of Orissa, periodically, to determine constraints on the transmission system, both in terms of line overloads and reduced voltages, development requirements for the future and occasionally, for post-fault investigations. These studies shall ultimately include fault levels, load flows, voltage levels and system stability.
