NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
NAME OF THE PACKAGE:- AMC for DMPs & Network Equipment.
1. The Grid Corporation of Orissa Ltd. (GRIDCO) invites sealed Tenders from Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) / Autherised Service Provider for Annual Maintenance of 54 nos. WIPRO Make Dot Matrix Printers & 14 Nos. Switches & Hubs of D-Link, 3Com, Dax & X-Lanbit Make located at GRIDCO Hqrs. Office Bhubaneswar.
2. The scope of work includes annual maintenance contract for a period of one year, along with terms and conditions, dates for sale of bids & date of evaluation of bids etc., as described in detail in the bid document which may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder or their authorized representative on submission of written application to the Sr. General. Manager (IT), GRIDCO, Bhubaneswar during office hours from 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. on all working days from 07.05.2005 to 16.05.2005 either in person or by post upon payment of Rs.300/- either in cash or demand draft payable to THE DRAWING AND DISBURSING OFFICER, GRIDCO HEADQUARTERS, BHUBANESWAR towards the cost of the bid documents.
3. Interested bidders may also log on to our web site www.gridco.co.in on any day from 07.05.2005 to 16.05.2005 for details regarding the scope, terms and conditions, procedure to purchase and to submit the bid document.
4. The tender shall be opened on 17.05.2005 at 15.30 Hrs.
